Dear Visitor! Due to earlier than expected chilling weather from October 22, 2024 we are closing  biking tours in all locations. This has been an exciting year providing services to hundreds of our clients from all over the world! We hope to see you  next year when we start new season on April 15, 2025. For  pre-booking deals please follow our news in January 2025 or contact by WhatsApp.  Electrobikes.kz is the official partner of Kazakhstan National Parks. Book a tour on electric bikes to the most picturesque place of Alatau mountains – the Big Almaty Lake. Located just a 15-minute drive from Almaty at Ile-Alatau National Park. There is only one way to get to the lake – on foot (will take half a day of exhaustive walking) or enjoying an easy drive on an electric bike from the Ayusai Visitor Centre. All tours are accompanied by our professional multilingual guide-instructor, who will ensure a safe and enjoyable drive to the lake and back. Your greatest memorable pictures are guaranteed!

Все туры начинаются с визит центра Аюсай. Пожалуйста, будьте на стойке регистрации за 10 минут до начала тура. При опоздании более чем на 20 минут экскурсия будет прекращена без компенсации.

Перед началом экскурсии гид может предложить вам пройти тест-драйв. Уровень езды на велосипеде должен быть средним. В случае недостаточного уровня Вам могут отказать, с возвратом 50% стоимости тура.

— 100% будет возвращено в случае отмены за 72 часа до тура
— 50% возвращается при отмене бронирования менее чем за 48 часов до поездки.
— 25% будет возвращено при отмене бронирования менее чем за 24 часа до поездки.
— Возврат средств невозможен при отмене менее чем за 24 часа до поездки.
— В случае отмены тура по причине плохой погоды возвращается 100% стоимость или возможен перенос на другой день

Absolutely brilliant experience. Bike security and facilities for wash and repair was excellent. Our guide, Rustam couldn’t have done a better job of informing and including all the riders in our group. The routes ticked all the boxes and the trails and views will be memories to last a lifetime. We have seen the most picturesque lake around Almaty Took us only 40 minutes to dive up, with 20 minutes at BAL actually being more than enough to heave a rest and take seflies) Speeing down on electric bikes is easy but beware, for non-profies.
