Dear Visitor! Due to earlier than expected chilling weather from October 22, 2024 we are closing  biking tours in all locations. This has been an exciting year providing services to hundreds of our clients from all over the world! We hope to see you  next year when we start new season on April 15, 2025. For  pre-booking deals please follow our news in January 2025 or contact by WhatsApp.  Electrobikes.kz is the official partner of Kazakhstan National Parks. Book a tour on electric bikes to the most picturesque place of Alatau mountains – the Big Almaty Lake. Located just a 15-minute drive from Almaty at Ile-Alatau National Park. There is only one way to get to the lake – on foot (will take half a day of exhaustive walking) or enjoying an easy drive on an electric bike from the Ayusai Visitor Centre. All tours are accompanied by our professional multilingual guide-instructor, who will ensure a safe and enjoyable drive to the lake and back. Your greatest memorable pictures are guaranteed!

All tours start from the Ayusay Visitor Center. Please be at the front desk 10 minutes before the start of the tour. If more than 20 minutes late, the tour will be terminated without compensation.

Before starting the tour, the guide may suggest that you take a test drive. The level of cycling should be average. In case of insufficient level, you may be refused, with refund of 50% of the tour price

— 100% will be refunded if canceled up to 72 hours before the tour
— 50% refundable if canceled up to 48 hours before travel
— 25% will be refunded if canceled up to 24 hours before travel
— Refunds are not available if canceled less than 24 hours before travel
— In case of cancellation of the tour due to bad weather, 100% refundable or may be rescheduled for another day
